Contact Us
Talk to a real person about sizing, hardware, lead times, or an order already in production.
This is the contact page for TruGlide Doors, LLC, a manufacturer of heavy-duty roll-up garage doors assembled in the USA at our facility in Mount Airy, North Carolina. Use the phone number, email address, or quote form below to reach our team about pricing, door sizing, hardware and opener questions, freight and delivery, the status of an order already in production, warranty claims, wholesale dealer accounts, or job applications.
We are a direct manufacturer, not a reseller or a call center. The person who answers the phone can pull up specifications, confirm what fits your opening, and quote a price. If you are still comparing door types, read roll-up vs. sectional doors or browse the full product line before you call.

What to have ready before you call
Roll-up doors are built to order, so a quote depends on a handful of specifics. Having these on hand turns a two-day email chain into a five-minute phone call.
- Rough opening width and height in feet and inches. Measure the finished opening, not the door you are replacing. The door size guide walks through how to measure.
- Headroom and sideroom available. A roll-up door needs clear space above the opening for the coil and clear space on both jambs for the guides. Low-clearance buildings need to be checked before ordering.
- Quantity. Multi-door orders for builders and erectors qualify for volume pricing — see dealer and wholesale pricing.
- Color. White, Barn Red, Black, Earth Brown, Evergreen, Pewter Gray, and Quaker Gray are available.
- Manual, chain hoist, or electric opener. If you want an electric opener, the motor can mount on either the right or the left side, and the chain hoist is not installed on an operator-equipped door.
- Delivery state and site access. Freight is quoted to the delivery address; tell us if the site has no forklift or dock.
- Timeline. Tell us the date the door needs to be on site so we can confirm production and transit fit.

Frequently asked questions about contacting TruGlide
What is the fastest way to get a price on a roll-up door?
Call (877) 220-2322 during business hours. A standard size such as 8x7, 10x10, or 12x12 can often be priced on the phone. If you prefer written pricing, submit the quote form and a salesperson responds with numbers within one business day.
Do you sell directly to homeowners, or only to builders?
We sell to both. Builders, metal building erectors, carport companies, shed builders, self-storage developers, and garage door companies buy at volume pricing. Property owners buying one or two doors are welcome as well and get the same doors and the same one-year warranty.
Do you install the doors you sell?
No. TruGlide Doors manufactures and ships doors; we do not provide installation labor. Every door ships with hardware and an installation manual, and our team answers installation questions by phone. Most contractors install a standard door in a few hours.
Can I pick up a door at your Mount Airy facility?
Yes. Will-call pickup at 170 Holly Springs Rd., Mount Airy, NC 27030 is available by appointment once your order is built. Call ahead so we can confirm the door is complete and staged before you drive in.
What if I call after hours?
Leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and the door sizes you need, or email sales@truglidedoors.com. Messages left overnight are returned the next business morning.
How do I check the status of an order already in production?
Call (877) 220-2322 with your order number or the name the order was placed under, or reply to your order confirmation email. We can tell you where the door is in production and when it is scheduled to ship.
Who do I contact about a damaged shipment or a warranty issue?
Email sales@truglidedoors.com with photos and your order number. Note any visible damage on the freight bill of lading before you sign for the delivery — that note is what supports a freight claim.
Can you quote a custom door size?
Yes. Doors are built to order from 3 ft to 16 ft wide and 7 ft to 16 ft tall. Give us the rough opening width and height, and we will confirm the headroom and sideroom needed before we quote.
