Terms of Service
The agreement between you and TruGlide Doors, LLC for use of this website, quote requests, and orders.
Effective Date: March 6, 2026
What this page is
This document is the Terms of Service for TruGlide Doors, LLC, a roll-up garage door manufacturer in Mount Airy, North Carolina. It explains the rules that apply when you browse truglidedoors.com, request a quote, place an order, or communicate with us. It applies to every visitor, homeowner, contractor, and dealer who uses the site. It works alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Limited Warranty, Shipping & Delivery terms, and Returns policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the TruGlide Doors website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.
The site and our products are intended for use by adults and by businesses purchasing for commercial or construction purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request or place an order.
2. Definitions
The following terms are used throughout this document:
- "TruGlide," "we," "us," "our" means TruGlide Doors, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company located at 170 Holly Springs Rd., Mount Airy, NC 27030.
- "Site" means truglidedoors.com and all of its pages, forms, and downloadable materials.
- "You," "your," "Customer" means the person or business accessing the Site, requesting a Quote, or purchasing Products.
- "Products" means the roll-up garage doors, tracks, hardware, chain hoists, electric openers, and related components we manufacture, assemble, or sell.
- "Quote" means a written price estimate we provide in response to a request. A Quote is not an order and is not binding until accepted by both parties.
- "Order" means a purchase that TruGlide has accepted and confirmed in an order acknowledgment.
- "Order Acknowledgment" means the written confirmation we issue listing the accepted specifications, price, and lead time for an Order.
- "Dealer" means a business purchasing Products at wholesale under our dealer program for resale or installation.
3. Products and Specifications
TruGlide Doors, LLC manufactures and sells heavy-duty roll-up garage doors, including our Model 171 and Model 180 lines, in custom widths and a range of stock colors. Full specifications are published on our products page, and opening requirements are covered in the roll-up garage door size guide.
All product descriptions, dimensions, gauges, colors, hardware configurations, and availability are subject to change without notice. Photographs and renderings on the Site are illustrative; color reproduction varies by screen and finish batch. The specifications listed on your Order Acknowledgment govern what is actually manufactured for you.
4. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order or contract. All orders are subject to acceptance by TruGlide Doors, LLC. Pricing, availability, and lead times are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply in a quote request, including rough opening dimensions, headroom, sideroom, quantity, color, and delivery location. Because doors are built to order, a Quote based on incorrect measurements may result in a door that does not fit your opening. If you are unsure how to measure, review the size guide or contact us before ordering.
Unless stated otherwise on its face, a Quote is an estimate only and may be revised or withdrawn before an Order is accepted.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Products are manufactured to order. An Order exists only when TruGlide accepts it and issues an Order Acknowledgment. We may decline or limit any order, including for reasons of production capacity, freight feasibility, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
The Order Acknowledgment, together with these Terms and any documents referenced in it, sets out the complete agreement for that purchase. Purchase orders, terms printed on customer forms, or other conflicting terms are not binding on TruGlide unless we agree to them in writing.
Changes after acceptance
Requests to change size, color, hardware, quantity, or delivery destination after an Order is accepted must be made in writing and are subject to our approval, current production status, and any resulting price or lead time adjustment.
6. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are as set out in your written Quote and Order Acknowledgment. Prices exclude freight, applicable sales or use taxes, permits, installation, and any accessorial delivery charges unless expressly listed.
Payment terms, deposits, and accepted payment methods are those stated in your Quote and Order Acknowledgment. Dealer and volume pricing is quoted per order under our dealer program. If you are exempt from sales tax, you must provide a valid exemption certificate before your Order is accepted.
Amounts not paid when due may be subject to collection costs and interest to the maximum extent permitted by North Carolina law. We may withhold shipment of an Order while an account is past due.
7. Lead Times and Production
Every door is assembled to order at our Mount Airy, North Carolina facility. Lead times quoted on the Site or in marketing materials are estimates based on typical production volume. Your confirmed lead time is provided with your Quote and Order Acknowledgment.
Lead times are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by material availability, freight carrier scheduling, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. TruGlide is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, carrier disruption, labor actions, severe weather, or government action.
8. Shipping, Delivery, Title, and Risk of Loss
Products ship by freight from Mount Airy, NC. Full details on how doors are packaged, delivered, and received are on our shipping and delivery page, and those requirements form part of these Terms.
Receiving requirements
You are responsible for providing a delivery location that a freight truck can safely access, for having adequate personnel or equipment available to unload, and for meeting the carrier within the scheduled delivery window. Redelivery, storage, detention, and other accessorial charges caused by a missed or unsuitable delivery are your responsibility.
Title and risk of loss
Unless your Order Acknowledgment states otherwise, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier at our facility. Freight claims for loss or damage in transit are handled as described on the shipping page and must be documented at the time of delivery.
9. Inspection, Damage Claims, Cancellations, and Returns
Inspect every shipment before signing the delivery receipt and note any visible damage or shortage on the receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to note damage at delivery can limit or eliminate the ability to recover from the carrier. The step-by-step inspection checklist is on the shipping and delivery page.
Because doors are custom manufactured to your dimensions, color, and hardware selections, cancellation and return eligibility is limited and is governed by our returns policy together with the terms stated in your Order Acknowledgment. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an Order — options depend on how far the Order has progressed in production.
10. Warranty and Disclaimer of Other Warranties
TruGlide Products are covered by the one-year limited warranty described on our warranty page, which states what is covered, what is excluded, and how to file a claim. That limited warranty is the complete and exclusive warranty we offer.
Except for that express limited warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, TruGlide disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No statement on the Site, in marketing materials, or by any employee or dealer creates a warranty beyond the written limited warranty.
11. Installation Responsibility
Installation is the responsibility of the Customer or the Customer's contractor. An installation manual is available on our resources page, and general opening, headroom, and sideroom requirements are covered in the size guide. Photos of completed installations are in our installation gallery.
You are responsible for confirming that the opening and supporting structure are suitable, for obtaining any required permits, and for complying with applicable building codes. Improper installation, modification, or use of a door may void warranty coverage and can create a safety hazard. Springs, axles, and drums are under tension — servicing should be performed by qualified personnel.
12. Communications Consent
By submitting a form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from TruGlide Doors, LLC, including those made using automated technology, auto-dialing systems, prerecorded messages, or AI-generated voice calls. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Message and data rates may apply. How we collect, use, and retain the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

TruGlide Doors, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, delay damages, or costs of substitute goods, arising from the use of this website, the purchase or use of Products, or reliance on information provided herein. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any Order will not exceed the amount you paid for the Products giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruGlide Doors, LLC and its members, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or installation, modification, or use of Products in a manner inconsistent with our documentation.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or an Order will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
19. Severability, Entire Agreement, and Assignment
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them and your Order Acknowledgment, are the entire agreement between you and TruGlide regarding the Site and your purchase, and supersede prior discussions on the same subject. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
20. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version of these Terms in effect when your Order was accepted governs that Order.
